What counts as a tag toward my plan capacity?
Active, non-deleted LOC records on the platform. Tag count selects your plan; the fee is then fixed for the term. There is no per-tag line on the invoice.
What happens if we outgrow our plan?
Every plan carries a grace band (11,500 tags on Essentials, 57,500 on Professional) so a busy build never stalls. Essentials can add capacity in blocks of 2,500 tags for $2,500 a year, up to 15,000. Beyond that you move up a plan at your next renewal.
Are field seats really unlimited?
Yes, on every plan and at no charge. Every crew member and contractor who scans tags gets the app. Office and admin seats are the only seats that are counted.
Can we sign for one year instead of three?
Yes. The 1-year term prices are shown with the toggle at the top of the page. The 3-year term is about 17% lower each year in exchange for the longer commitment. Enterprise is priced per programme on either term.
Is there a capital-purchase option?
For committed deployments, yes. A CapEx route bundles tags with 10 years of platform access at a fixed per-tag price, with minimum order quantities per plan. Ask us about it once you have a scope.
Do we need LOC to use Compliance Reviewer?
No. Compliance Reviewer runs standalone on the photo evidence your crews already submit, and it is a companion module of LOC when you use both. Standalone pricing is available on request.
What is included in Compliance Reviewer onboarding?
KelTech configures a set of trained review agents to your inspection types, build spec and pass criteria, then runs live-section reviews to prove the loop end to end. Included at no charge, whether you run Compliance Reviewer alongside LOC or on its own.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You get a 14-day window to export everything: the full scan ledger, stamped photos and design-versus-field coverage reports. Your evidence is yours.
All prices are list prices (MSRP) in US dollars, exclusive of taxes, and subject to change. EUR and GBP prices are fixed list prices, not converted at the time of order. Authorised partners may set their own pricing. Platform fees are billed annually in advance, or monthly by arrangement at one twelfth of the annual fee; 3-year term prices require a 36-month commitment either way. Tag prices are one-time hardware charges and exclude shipping. Extra office seats are $600 per seat per year on Essentials and $450 on Professional.
